The Housing Options team

Our Housing Options Officers want to help and are experienced in assisting people in various situations including:

  • People who have lost their accommodation
  • People who are worried about losing their home

How to get in touch

If you believe you are at risk of losing your home, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do not wait until you lose your home.

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, once we have made an initial assessment of your needs, we will set aside plenty of time dedicated to fully understanding your needs and agreeing a plan of action to help you out. You will then have a named Officer responsible for helping you meet your housing need.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Before contacting the Housing Options Team, you may find it useful to look at our Housing Options and Homelessness frequently asked questions.
