Join us every week for companionship, support activities, occasional speakers, information and advice at the Dementia cafe.

The yoga4health programme aims to help you to improve your health and wellbeing.
The classes are open to all, regardless of age or ability, and can cater for all individuals including chair-bound participants. You won't need any previous experience of yoga and we even have equipment that you can borrow.
When: Every Monday 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Join us for chair-based exercises, with an optional light hot meal. it's fun, sociable and could help improve your strength, fitness, mobility and flexibility. Its perfect for older people!

The sessions are run by Hearing Help Essex, a a charity that provides assistance to those living with hearing loss across the County of Essex.
We are able to support those living with hearing loss, and their families and carers, through a range of services which include:
- NHS hearing aid support sessions
- Information, advice & guidance to anyone who feels their hearing is failing, and to those who have a diagnosed hearing loss
- Support to those who have become isolated by their hearing loss
- Home visits to the housebound, or to care and residential homes
