If you receive Local Council Tax Support (LCTS) you will be eligible for a 25 percent reduction on the service charge. You will need to provide your claim number, if you are unsure of this please call 01799 510510.
You can sign up using our online form. At the end of the form you'll find instructions on how to pay.
You will be receiving a renewal letter in the post detailing the service costs and instructions of how to make your payment for the service for 2021-22. Please include your Garden waste reference number with all payments.
Pay by annual Direct Debit
If you already pay by Direct Debit, the service will automatically be renewed and payment will be taken on 1 July 2021 from the bank account you have previously provided details for.
If you would like to set up a Direct Debit you can do so by filling in our.
Please return your completed Direct Debit mandate to firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than 30 April 2021.

We have a number of other ways that you can use to pay for your garden waste collections.
You can pay using our secure online payments service using your debit or credit card.

Alternatively, you can pay over the telephone by calling 01799 510510 and using your credit or debit card.
Although our offices are currently closed for face to face payments we are still able to receive cheque payments. Please ensure that you put your garden waste reference on the back of your cheque. You will then need to send it to us at:
