Pay for garden waste collection service

Here is how you can pay for your garden waste service.

 New customers - please remember that you will need to have completed our Garden waste service application form before you make your payment.
 

Please remember: If  you are a new customer you will need to pay a one-off fee of £22.50 for a garden waste bin.

Set up a direct debit 

New customers will get a £6 discount off the annual service charge for paying by direct debit.

New customers

If you wish to pay by direct debit, you'll need to send us a completed Icon for pdf new customer direct debit form [47.69KB] by 13 March 2020.

Existing customers

If you are an existing customer and  you now wish to pay by direct debit you'll need to send us a completed Icon for pdf existing customer direct debit form [47.9KB] before 1 March 2020. Payment will then be taken on 15 April 2020.

  • Reference - NEW CUSTOMER  
  • Amount - amount payable
  • Description - Surname, first line of your address, post code and benefit claim number if applicable

Existing customers

Please enter:

  • Reference - as shown on your letter
  • Amount - amount payable
  • Description - Surname, first line of your address, post code and benefit claim number if applicable
